A source familiar with the deal told Bisnow the price was in the high $60M range. Financial filings indicated the asset's debt balance had risen to $61.7M by end-2025 and the sale proceeds were enough to fully satisfy the outstanding debt, providing a clean exit ahead of a near-term maturity.
