Lone Star and Harvest form JV to recapitalize 600 California St office tower

Lone Star Partners and San Francisco-based Harvest Properties created a joint venture around 600 California St in the Financial District. The 20-story, 360,000-square-foot office tower will be repositioned, with Harvest serving as operating partner overseeing day-to-day operations and leasing strategy. The recapitalization followed Lone Star acquiring the asset through foreclosure tied to its earlier purchase of the building debt.
