AV Management buys SoHo mixed-use at 73-75 Sullivan for $43.3M

AV Management announced it completed the acquisition of 73-75 Sullivan Street in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan for $43,333,000. The press release describes the asset as completed in 2016 and featuring long-term commercial tenancy. Citizens Private Bank provided $21.6 million in acquisition financing, according to the release.
