US Merchants buys 454k-sf industrial building in Surprise, AZ

JLL's Phoenix office announced it completed the sale of Building One at West Summit at Surprise, a 453,960-square-foot industrial building in Surprise, Arizona. The buyer, US Merchants, purchased the asset from developer/seller Mohr Capital for $63,887,560. The building is part of a two-building, 704,472-square-foot industrial project on about 46 acres.
