El-Ad National Properties purchased a 25-unit condominium complex at 3265 Virginia Street in Coconut Grove for $45 million, according to Bisnow. The seller, The Canero Group, bought all the units in the building the prior year for $17.3 million and sold after dealing with a pending recertification issue. Bisnow said El-Ad plans to redevelop the property.
