Greystone announced that, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, it arranged the sale and provided $28,219,000 in Freddie Mac financing for the acquisition of Landmark Apartments in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The asset is a 264-unit garden-style community and the financing carries a 5-year term with a 30-year amortization schedule and an initial interest-only period followed by amortization. Greystone Managing Director Elliott Mulkin originated the financing, and Cushman & Wakefield served as exclusive investment sales advisor through Andrew Brown and Craig Hey.
