Bisnow reported that Brookfield, via Wisconsin Park Associates LP, sold the 552-unit The Grand Residences at 5801 Nicholson Lane in North Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, to Orlo (Orlo Grand LLC) for $180M. The deal closed April 21, and Orlo said it received $129.3M in Freddie Mac acquisition financing arranged by CBRE. Orlo indicated it plans to hold the asset long-term and work with Montgomery County to preserve and expand affordability.
