JLL announced it arranged $600 million in financing for The Diplomat Beach Resort, a 1,000-key beachfront resort in Hollywood, Florida. The borrower is a joint venture between real estate funds managed by Trinity Investments and funds managed by UBS Asset Management's Global Real Assets business. The release lists JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Citi as lenders. The refinancing follows an $80 million renovation program and conversion to the Signia by Hilton brand.
