Alchemy Properties purchased the parking garage property at 60 North Moore Street in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood for $57 million from the Calicchio family. Avison Young brokers Charles Kingsley, James Nelson, Erik Edeen, Eric Karmitz, and Noah Kossoff handled the sale for the seller. Alchemy plans an ultra-luxury condo redevelopment in partnership with Daishin America and Takamatsu Construction Group USA, with a Landmarks Preservation Commission approved plan to add floors and create new residential units.
