CBRE IM and MCB acquire 7-property grocery-anchored retail portfolio (~1.1M sf)

CBRE Investment Management announced it closed on the acquisition of a seven-property, nationally diversified grocery-anchored shopping center portfolio in a joint venture with MCB Real Estate, which will serve as operating partner. The seller was EPIC Real Estate Partners. The portfolio spans five states and totals nearly 1.1 million square feet; the announcement did not disclose pricing.
