Ashford Hospitality Trust sells four hotels and agrees two more for up to $307.3M

Hotel News Resource reported Ashford Hospitality Trust completed the sale of four hotels and signed agreements to sell two additional properties. The company reported $252.5 million of gross proceeds from the completed sales and disclosed pending transactions for Lakeway Resort and Spa for $37.8 million and Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria for $17.0 million.
