Knighthead Funding sealed a $51.8 million acquisition loan for investment company HB Nitkin to buy Metro Center in Stamford, Connecticut. Commercial Observer reported Empire State Realty Trust sold the property and sources familiar with the transaction said the deal was for around $70 million.
