JLL Income Property Trust buys Whitestown Distribution Center III near Indianapolis for ~$60M

JLL Income Property Trust announced the acquisition of Whitestown Distribution Center III in Whitestown, Indiana, within the Northwest Indianapolis submarket. The Class A industrial building totals about 605,000 square feet and is fully leased to a single tenant with a seven-year remaining term. The purchase price was approximately $60 million.
