Triumvirate sells West Orange office building at 300 Executive Drive for $17M

Triumvirate Realty, an LLC led by JD Moore and Austin Rolnick, sold the 129,298-square-foot office property at 300 Executive Drive in West Orange, New Jersey for $17 million to Executive Drive W Orange LLC. Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller, and Cushman and Wakefield also arranged acquisition financing for the buyer.
