ESRT buys Williamsburg retail property for $46M

Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) acquired a newly constructed retail property at 41-55 N. 6th St. in Williamsburg for $46 million, expanding its North 6th Street retail presence. The approximately 22,000-square-foot property was reported as vacant, and the seller was described as an affiliate of Joyland Group.
