Jamestown and partners acquired the retail component of Miami Worldcenter for $210 million. The purchase covers 272,966 square feet of retail space, including the 80,000-square-foot Jewel Box building at 652 NE Second Avenue, and was reported as 97% leased at the time of sale. Miami Worldcenter master developers Falcone Group, Nitin Motwani, and CIM Group were cited as sellers.
