Commercial Observer reported that a Dalfen Industrial and Investcorp joint venture arranged $150 million of acquisition financing from Wells Fargo to purchase a 19-property logistics portfolio. Sources told the publication the portfolio traded for $208 million from Mapletree Investments and includes assets in Dallas, Chicago, Indianapolis and Cincinnati.
