MJ Orbach Associates Refinances Garment District Office Building for $29.5M via Ladder Capital

MJ Orbach Associates refinanced its 19-story, 176,000-square-foot office building at 260 West 39th Street in Manhattan's Garment District with a $29.5 million loan from Ladder Capital. The 1926-vintage building is leased to fashion, design, and creative industry tenants and includes ground-floor retail space. The refinancing provides fresh capital against a fully leased creative-office asset in a transitional midtown submarket.
