Related Ross, the dominant West Palm Beach office landlord, acquired the Coral Springs office campus of global payments processor Fiserv for $36.5 million in a sale-leaseback transaction. The deal includes $18.3 million of seller financing provided by Fiserv. The 21.8-acre campus at 4000 Coral Ridge Drive and adjacent addresses comprises a 108,000-square-foot building (built 1999), a 98,000-square-foot building (built 1965), and 2.1 acres of vacant commercial land. Fiserv retains a lease running through March 2029. The acquisition marks a southward expansion for Related Ross into Broward County. - Related Ross: Led by Stephen Ross (founder of Related Companies), the largest office landlord in West Palm Beach. Previously executed a similar sale-leaseback in 2025 (WPTV's studio building for $40 million). The firm is explicitly expanding its Broward County footprint. - Fiserv, Inc.: Fortune 500 financial technology and payments company (NYSE: FI); leasing back its Coral Springs campus through March 2029 while monetizing its real estate holdings. $18.3 million in seller financing from Fiserv; the remaining approximately $18.2 million was funded through Related Ross equity.
