The Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) is in discussions to anchor the Bank of America Tower at Parkside, a 30-story, Class AA office tower under construction at 1919 Woodall Rodgers Freeway in Uptown Dallas near Klyde Warren Park. The tower, developed by KDC in partnership with Pacific Elm Properties, the Miyama Family, and Sixth Street Capital, is expected to become Uptown Dallas' tallest building upon completion in March 2027. Bank of America has already signed as the anchor tenant for 238,000+ SF on floors 19-27.
