TKF Burnside acquires 400K SF Class A office building at 360 Hamilton Avenue in White Plains, NY

TKF Burnside Real Estate Partners acquired 360 Hamilton Avenue, a 400,000 rentable square foot Class A office building in White Plains, New York - the commercial hub of Westchester County - in its second New York Metro office acquisition in over a year. The building is tenanted by Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Skadden Arps, and Heineken USA. Newmark's Kevin Welsh and Charles Han represented both the buyer's financing and the seller in the transaction, with TKF's Dave Hou handling the buy-side internally. The purchase price was not disclosed.
