13th Floor Investments and Rockpoint announced a joint venture to develop Link at Boca, an eight-story, 340-unit transit-oriented multifamily community at 680 West Yamato Road in Boca Raton, Florida, adjacent to the Boca Raton Tri-Rail station. Santander Bank provided a $100 million construction loan to fund the development, which also includes approximately 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Groundbreaking was anticipated in February 2026, with a 24-month construction timeline.
