Developer Brevet Capital secured a $150 million senior construction loan from Mexico's Banco Inbursa to finance the 36-story, 620-unit Wharton Piers mixed-use waterfront development at 1341 S. Christopher Columbus Blvd. in South Philadelphia along the Delaware River. Cushman & Wakefield's Aaron Graves and Christopher Moyer arranged the loan.
