A joint venture of 29th Street Capital and Willton Investment Management acquired the Apollo Portfolio - three Class A multifamily properties totaling 1,225 units in Prince George's County, Maryland - from developer Peter N.G. Schwartz Management Co. The undisclosed purchase price was financed with a $232.7 million Fannie Mae loan arranged by Colliers (Shahin Yazdi and Jonathan Lee). The portfolio includes Ascend Apollo (424 units, Largo) and Allure Apollo and Aspire Apollo (801 units combined, Camp Springs), all built between 2015 and 2019.
