The Sapir Organization sold the NoMo SoHo hotel at 9 Crosby Street in Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood for $121 million to Shlomo Tahan, owner of Israel's Dan Hotels - marking Dan Hotels' first entry into the US market. The sale finalizes Sapir's Chapter 11 bankruptcy process and helps pay down approximately $155 million in debt across two Israeli bond series. The 26-story, 264-room boutique hotel had originally been agreed at $125 million in October 2025; the final price came in $4 million below that initial agreement. Eastdil Secured brokered the sale.
