Eyal Ofer's Global Holdings secured a $450 million three-year CMBS loan from Wells Fargo to refinance its NoMad Tower office property at 1250 Broadway in Manhattan. The 39-story tower, located between West 31st and West 32nd Streets, is home to a roster of technology and fintech tenants including UpStart, Zillow, Elastic, and Datavant. Eastdil Secured arranged the loan via its team of Grant Frankel, Rob Turner, and Ethan Pond.
