The roughly 1.3 million-square-foot, ~26,000-unit portfolio is located across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island. Kayne Anderson provided a $615 million acquisition loan. Carlyle remains involved as asset manager for the sovereign investor.
