Blackstone's Perform Properties sold the SkyView Parc mixed-use complex at 40-22/40-24 College Point Boulevard in Flushing, Queens to a joint venture between alternative asset manager TPG and Acadia Realty Trust for $424.4 million. The deal, which closed in January 2026, included approximately 520,800 SF of retail space, an 80,700 SF parking unit, and a 50,700 SF medical office unit. Mizuho Bank provided $289.6 million in acquisition financing. The purchase price was just 4% above Blackstone's combined 2015 entry price.
