ICG Real Estate provides Arada London with a £152m loan for 251 homes at 100 Avenue Road

ICG Real Estate announced it provided Arada London with a £152m loan to fund the acquisition and development of two residential buildings at 100 Avenue Road in Swiss Cottage, north-west London. ICG said the scheme has planning consent for a 25-storey tower with 172 private for-sale units and amenities, plus a separate 5-7 storey block with 79 affordable homes and three retail units. The announcement said construction is already underway and the project is due for completion in autumn 2028.
