Glenbrook Private Clients buys Haydock industrial estate for £4m

Place North West reported that Glenbrook Private Clients acquired a freehold industrial estate on North Florida Road within Haydock Industrial Estate for £4m in an off-market transaction. The four-building manufacturing and warehouse estate totals about 100,000 sq ft on a four-acre site and was purchased from a private landlord as a vacant refurbishment project. Glenbrook plans to refurbish and rebrand the buildings and then market them either for sale or to let.
