An RNS announcement carried on FT Markets said Unite Group completed the sale of St Pancras Way to USAF for £186 million, with Unite's share of the sale at £126 million. Unite said it would receive about £115 million in cash consideration with the remainder in new USAF units net of retentions for committed capex. The company linked the disposal proceeds to extending its share buyback program and funding capex for on-site developments and university partnerships.
