Homes England agrees multi-million-pound debt facility with Richborough

Homes England agreed a multi-million-pound debt facility with independent land promoter Richborough. The government described the financing as the first commitment through Homes England's National Housing Bank and said it will fund Richborough's investment in new sites and planning applications across England to grow the supply of consented land for homebuilders.
