AEW UK REIT Confirms Possible All-Share Bid for Alternative Income REIT

AEW UK REIT has confirmed a possible all-share offer for Alternative Income REIT, with exchange terms based on the respective NAVs of the two vehicles at a 3% discount to Alternative Income REIT's NAV. A put-up-or-shut-up deadline has been set for April 21, 2026. Note: this remains a possible offer only and no binding agreement has been reached.
