Ares Management Corporation signed for 21,041 sq ft across floors one and three at 25 Argyll Street in London's West End on a sublease from long-leasehold holder W.RE. The space is additional to the 39,000 sq ft Ares already occupies at 10 New Burlington Street. The expansion comes ahead of Ares consolidating into the 124,000 sq ft redevelopment of One Hanover Street (above Apple's flagship on Regent Street), a pre-let signed late 2025 in the largest West End office deal of that year by rent roll and size. The Crown Estate is targeting Q1 2027 completion, with Ares due to occupy in 2028.
