Alinor Capital Management, alongside Oval Real Estate, acquired the 167,000 sq ft office building at 1 Tony Wilson Place in Manchester from a client of Aberdeen. The building is a prominent mixed-use asset in Manchester's Spinningfields and First Street area. The transaction reflects continued institutional interest in high-quality regional office stock, with Manchester remaining one of the UK's most active office investment markets outside London. Deal value was not disclosed.
