HUB and H.I.G. Capital made their third joint acquisition in the City, picking up St Clare House at 30-33 Minories alongside the adjacent Victorian warehouse, Writers House. The site has consent for 280,000 sq ft of office-led mixed-use development. HUB plans a living-led repositioning strategy, adding to its 9,300-home UK development pipeline. Previous joint projects include Finsgate House (Old Street, 490 homes submitted) and a 1.2-acre masterplan at Elephant and Castle. HUB is a specialist UK residential and mixed-use developer with a track record of living-led city fringe projects. H.I.G.
