SanRaj Group, through its hospitality platform Clearsense Ventures, acquired a three-hotel, 478-key UK regional portfolio from the combined ownership of Ares Real Estate funds and EQ Group. The hotels are Accor-branded and located at key urban locations in Leeds and Glasgow. The acquisition represents SanRaj's expansion into UK regional hospitality markets. SanRaj Group is an international real estate and hospitality investor. Clearsense Ventures is its dedicated hospitality platform.
