BGO and LRC Group acquire 2,100-unit Greater London multifamily portfolio

BGO Strategic Capital Partners and LRC Group jointly invested in a 2,100-unit UK multifamily portfolio spread across 19 buildings in established Greater London submarkets. The portfolio is substantially leased with strong rental fundamentals in a market that is structurally undersupplied. The investment is structured to generate immediate income with long-term upside through rental growth. BGO (formerly BentallGreenOak) is a leading global real estate investment manager. Its Strategic Capital Partners unit focuses on secondaries transactions. LRC Group is a vertically integrated UK residential fund manager and operator. Cherine Aboulzelof (Managing Partner, BGO SCP) and Chris Dimitriadis (CEO, LRC Group) led the transaction. Financing details not publicly disclosed.
