Aviva Investors' real estate debt team provided a five-year, £235m facility to Lazari Investments against a portfolio of prime central London offices. The loan refinances legacy facilities and provides additional capex funding for ongoing improvements to Lazari's London portfolio. The facility reinforces Aviva Investors' positioning as a lead provider to high-quality, stabilised London office sponsors. Lazari Investments is a private London-focused real estate investor with a long-established portfolio of central London offices. Aviva Investors' Real Estate Debt team, headed by Gregor Bamert, has maintained a financing relationship with Lazari for over 35 years.
