The £310m green loan refinances two completed build-to-rent developments at Wembley Park. Canada Gardens comprises 743 homes arranged around an acre of private gardens (seventh BTR development); Madison has 381 homes across two blocks with health and fitness provision (eighth BTR development). The financing replaces a prior corporate facility, advancing Quintain's goal of deleveraging at the estate level. Quintain is the master developer of Wembley Park, one of the UK's largest urban regeneration projects. Natixis CIB provided the green loan, their second facility with Quintain, continuing the working relationship that started with a £128m loan in December 2024. The £310m loan is structured as a green facility, reflecting the energy efficiency credentials of both schemes (top 15% of UK residential assets). It fully refinances a prior corporate-level debt facility.
