Punta Na, controlled by the family behind Mango, acquired the W London Hotel at Leicester Square for £260 million, representing one of three major London hotel deals completed within the first week or so of January 2026. The 192-key luxury hotel sits in the heart of London's West End and combines significant hotel income with prime retail revenue from M&M's World. Punta Na is the real estate and investment vehicle of the Andic family, founders of Mango. The seller, Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company, is a Qatari entity affiliated with Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani's Al Faisal Holding, which had owned the property since 2011. Not publicly disclosed.
